When submitting an issue to technical support, please assist us by ensuring:

  • That your request is in English.
  • If this is a new issue and you have files to send to us, please fill out this form then wait until you receive an automated response email advising of the customer care number. Then send the files to us as attachments to a return of that email. Attaching screen shots and sample files will save you time.
  • If this is an existing issue, please do not use this form - instead, please reply using the email we have sent you. Using the return email will ensure that your additional comments are posted to the correct issue.

Please note: If you are requesting a license, it is important that you tell us the version of the software that you are trying to license. Licenses often differ based on the version number.
